What You 'll Do: * Build and grow lasting client relationships--be their trusted advisor and go-to resource. * Collaborate with designers, sales, and project teams to create tailored workplace solutions. * Introduce cutting-edge workplace strategies and products through engaging showroom experiences. * Lead client presentations, proposals, and pricing discussions with confidence. * Manage projects from vision to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier service. * Network and engage in the community to expand opportunities and strengthen partnerships. What You Bring: * A passion for workplace design, culture, and creating exceptional client experiences. * 3-5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience. * A knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking. * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. * Familiarity with CRM systems and project forecasting. A degree in Business, Interior Design/Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
