AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities: * AT&T Sales Associates engage with prospective customers and execute sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them into new service packages with our clients * Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and offer tailored solutions. * Drive sales by promoting and selling a range of telecom products and services, ensuring customers receive the best value. * Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed on the latest offerings and industry trends. * Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care. AT &T Sales Associate Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a similar industry. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner. * A passion for understanding customer needs and providing solutions that make a difference. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast paced environment. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative and results-driven team.
