Full description of the position
Description: As a Territory Sales Rep, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and grow existing client relationships by promoting Tradesmen International's skilled labor solutions. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling. * Key Responsibilities: * New Business Development * * Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. * Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to educate contractors on Tradesmen's value proposition. * Register new clients, negotiate terms, and secure signed service agreements. * Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. * Client Relationship Management * * Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership. * Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders--from office personnel to jobsite supervisors. * Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency. * Deliver and discuss invoices during initial billing cycles to ensure timely payment. * Field Employee Engagement * * Support the onboarding and jobsite introduction of Field Employees. * Maintain regular jobsite visits and phone check-ins to ensure employee satisfaction and client alignment. * Track active and available Field Employees and work closely with operations to ensure strong deployment. * Sales Process Management * * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the CRM. * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly planning. * Support field recruitment efforts by encouraging referrals from high-performing Field Employees.
