The National Sales Director is actively engaged building, cultivating, coaching and managing the sales team, developing sales strategy, and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed performance metrics. This position assists in overseeing the day to day of the sales and client services functions of EDPS. Qualifications: * MUST HAVE SALES LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING/MERCHANT SERVICES INDUSTRY! * Proven track record in hiring account managers in the merchants services industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Enthusiasm and commitment to getting the job done successfully * Hiring and coaching skills * Strong sales training background * Sales and Sales Management skills * Team Management skills * Market Planning skills * Account Management skills * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets * Ability to work independently and remotely while building tam continuity * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel as needed.
