We are eager to hire a part-time Leasing Consultant at River's Edge Apartments located at 870 Watermead Drive, Noblesville, IN 46062. This is a Market Rate apartment community. The candidate must be a Team Player and self-starter who loves sales and enjoys working with the public. A general knowledge of the Spanish language would be a plus. Additional qualifications include but are not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with Real Page OneSite Accounting software is required. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Excellent Leasing Bonuses*(Certain Restrictions Apply) Compensation commensurate with experience. Position may also include paid minimal travel. Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or the equivalent, have a valid Driver' s License in the State in which you reside and be willing to undergo an extensive criminal background check as well as MVR screening.
