Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator is involved in all aspects of the company's sales: quoting different projects, maintaining a quote log, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, as well as providing product and sales administrative support. Responsibilities we'll trust you with: * Act as sales support for assigned Outside Sales Representatives * Coordinate deliveries by using BisTrack software * Create customer quotes, update and maintain quotes, and a quote log * Manage and schedule following up on quotes * Accurately and promptly process orders received from customers to ensure on-time delivery * Order and track delivery of special-order items from vendors to ensure they arrive when needed * Help drive sales by keeping outside salespersons organized and informed * Work as a team with other Coordinators * Communicating with all clients and vendors in a professional manner * Perform other duties as assigned. Your area of knowledge and expertise: Preferred qualifications: * High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. * 5 years' experience instead of a bachelor's degree accepted. * 3-5 Years of experience in the industry * Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel * 2-3 years of experience in BisTrack or related systems Skills: * Demonstrates excellent customer service skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Highly organized with excellent time management skills * Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels * Able to get work done independently and as a member of a team * Detail oriented * Ability to follow projects through to the end, regardless of timeline. * Takes pride in completed works Physical Requirements: * Frequent Carrying and lifting - Must be able to move and lift a minimum of 50 pounds * Frequently sitting in an office environment * Occasionally works in outside weather conditions. * Ability to drive safely to and from customer sites.
