We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills in English and preferably in a second language. Must have experience in selling and troubleshooting cell phones. Must be able to activate new lines, including changing sim cards.
