Drive advertising sales in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, helping businesses reach their target audiences through radio advertising campaigns. Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate leads to identify potential clients. * Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives. * Develop customized advertising proposals aligned with clients' goals. * Negotiate advertising contracts for mutually beneficial deals. * Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution. * Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. * Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
