Sales Associate - Rumble Boxing Gold Coast Location: Gold Coast, Chicago, IL Compensation: $17 per hour + uncapped commission Schedule: 30-40 hours per week (must be available evenings and weekends) Are you passionate about fitness, driven by results, and motivated to earn more? About Us Rumble Boxing is a boxing-inspired group fitness studio that combines the science of boxing with strength training in a high-intensity, music-driven setting. At Rumble Gold Coast, we don't just sell memberships--we deliver a unique, empowering experience and build a strong community around fitness, confidence, and results. Key Responsibilities Sales and Lead Generation * Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads and prospects * Book and confirm intro classes, follow up on leads, and convert prospects to members * Conduct in-person studio tours and explain membership options with clarity and energy * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Promote class packages, memberships, and in-studio retail offerings Customer Experience * Greet all guests and members warmly, creating a professional and energetic studio environment * Handle bookings, questions, and retail purchases with accuracy and positivity * Build long-lasting relationships with members to increase satisfaction and retention * Provide a high-touch, client-focused experience from first contact through the membership lifecycle Studio Operations and Community Engagement * Support daily studio operations, including maintaining cleanliness and restocking retail * Assist in local marketing efforts, community outreach, and studio events * Represent the Rumble brand professionally in and outside the studio * Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Qualifications * Proven sales experience (fitness, retail, or membership sales preferred) * Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling rejection with resilience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Outgoing, confident, and goal-oriented personality * Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 30 pounds as needed Why Join Rumble Boxing Gold Coast? * $17/hour base pay plus uncapped commission * Fun, fast-paced, and supportive team environment * Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing fitness brand * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping people improve their health and confidence Apply Today If you are passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and are motivated by sales success, we want to hear from you.
