Account Executive Job Posting - Senior Account Executive WFXG-TV FOX54, Augusta's home for the World Series and NFL Football, has an immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow existing business, as well as generate new and digital advertising business. Join a growing, energetic sales team with the ability to offer the most news and sports opportunities to the Augusta business community. In addition, you will have the ability to work with a best in class digital advertising portfolio. Duties include but are not limited to: * Develop and maintain direct relationships with business owner's and decision makers while driving revenue to achieve monthly goals * New business development - both linear and digital * Understand and interpret business objectives and advertising strategies of clients in order to help them achieve those objectives through effective use of our traditional and digital product portfolio * Prepare, schedule and deliver sales presentations Qualifications/Requirements: * Must be willing to work in Augusta, GA * Proficient in Microsoft Products including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel * Good driving record * 5 + years Outside Sales experience * Skilled in the usage of Wide Orbit media operations software. * Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing * Previous advertising sales experience preferred Skills and Abilities: * Strong communication skills * Excellent negotiation and customer service skills * Team player, who is flexible to changing needs to daily business * Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment * Ability to negotiate business using Nielsen and Comscore methodology * Ability to manage transactional business while achieving goals in digital and new business sales * Time management skills * Extroverted. friendly personality * Attention to detail * Ability to learn and adapt Qualified applicants, please apply ASAP, include your resume and references.
