Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. * Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices. * Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing customers. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. Experience * Proven experience in sales or account management is essential. * Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Experience in inside sales or direct sales environments is preferred. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
