Requirements: * Proven customer service experience. * (Preferred) sales experience Responsibilities: * Daily phone calls-following up with existing customers and setting appointments for new or existing customers. * Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals. * Test drive vehicles with guests highlighting the features and benefits of each. * Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork. * Engage in educational content through training videos. * Remain knowledgeable of product inventory. * Work independently while also being able to team up with co-workers to ensure thorough customer service. * Act professionally and be friendly with everyone including your team and customers.
