Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate * Customer Engagement: As a Sales Associate, you will provide friendly and attentive service, assisting customers in finding products and answering questions about merchandise. * Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales goals as a Sales Associate by actively promoting products, upselling, and suggesting additional items to customers. * Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about the store's product offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers in your role as a Sales Associate. * Store Maintenance: As a Sales Associate, you will help ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by maintaining product displays and stock levels. * Transaction Handling: Process transactions efficiently as a Sales Associate, handling cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts to customers. * Team Collaboration: As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations, resolve customer concerns, and achieve sales targets. * Customer Service: Address customer complaints and issues professionally as a Sales Associate, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
