Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage accounts effectively, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote roofing solutions and enhance brand visibility. * Leverage our CRM and other technology tools to track sales activities and analyze performance metrics. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Multiple locations
