Full description of the position

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $180,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Sales, Managed IT Solutions, plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our IT group by leading and managing a team of IT sales professionals. This position is responsible for developing strategies, building and mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in IT assessments, penetration & vulnerability assessments, governance, risk and compliance assessments, and ultimately managed IT services. We value innovation, creativity, and a disciplined focus on putting our clients first, and this role will exemplify and reinforce these principles across the team. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coach and mentor IT sales professionals to develop their skills, build client relationships, and meet performance goals. * Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to ensure consistent improvement and alignment with organizational objectives using Usherwood's management process. * Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities. * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and adjust plans as needed. * Participate with marketing to coordinate educational events for prospective clients within all focused markets. * QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related preferred. * Sales experience required with 3-5 years of sales leadership/management role. * Knowledge of the managed IT services market, competitive landscape, and relevant IT certifications a plus. * BENEFITS: * Excellent benefit offerings including: medical, dental, vision, supplemental plans * Company paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance * 401(k) plan with matching company contribution * Excellent paid holiday/vacation plan * Annual company store allowance "Our growth is mirrored by the quality of people we have invested in." - Louis F.
