Full description of the position

Overview As a E-Commerce and Retail Sales Specialist for the Feynlab DIY (True Series) product line, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our cutting-edge surface coating solutions. This position blends retail and network engagement, account management, and customer relationship development to drive sales and ensure consistent product visibility across both brick-and- mortar and e-commerce platforms Responsibilities * Retail & Network Collaboration: Work closely with retail stores and Feynlab's network of installers and partners to ensure full representation and availability of the DIY (True Series) product line. * Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels across Amazon (U.S. and international) and Walmart and submit timely restock requests to maintain optimal stock. * Platform Support: Collaborate with Amazon technical support to resolve listing issues, technical bugs, or any platform-related challenges impacting visibility or sales. * Sales & Engagement: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding outreach goals with retail partners and network contacts, helping grow Feynlab's presence and impact. * Customer Interaction: Engage with clients through calls, messaging apps, and in-person meetings. Understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Presentations & Events: Lead client presentations, host promotional meetings, and coordinate local events to showcase the benefits of the DIY product line. * CRM & Workflow Management: Keep meticulous records in CRM systems, tracksales activities, and identify ways to streamline workflows and reporting Qualifications * Proven track record in retail or B2B sales--experience in the automotive, DIY, or coatings sectors is a strong plus. * Comfortable navigating Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Market place platforms. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. * Detail-oriented and highly organized with a hands-on approach to solving problems * Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven with the ability to thrive both independentlyand as part of a team.
