Role is based in Boston, MA (Hybrid) OR Fully Remote (US) About Cybba Cybba is a performance-driven digital services and advertising agency that helps brands convert more customers across every stage of the funnel. Using advanced data analytics, we deliver customized digital marketing and ad strategies--ranging from audience targeting and programmatic media to onsite conversion tools and email remarketing--that drive results. * About the Role We're looking for a dynamic Digital Sales Consultant with a strong track record in the sales of digital media and marketing services. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with an existing network and a knack for identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and helping brands grow through innovative data and audience-based solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new revenue through new client acquisition, leading high-value client conversations, working to craft solutions with clients and close deals. This is a high-impact role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and eager to help shape the future of a growing agency. * What You 'll Do * Drive new business by leveraging your existing network and uncovering fresh opportunities. * Craft and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions that speak directly to client needs. * Own the sales cycle from lead generation through deal close and client onboarding. * Collaborate with internal strategy and account teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success. * Stay ahead of marketing trends and help influence the evolution of our service offerings. * Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction. What We 're Looking For * Experience: * 3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, business development, or client services within advertising, marketing, or professional services. * Media strategy or planning experience is a plus. * Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) * Skills & Traits: * You have existing relationships with potential clients, a proven book of business and strong regional or vertical-specific network. * You're a strategic thinker and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior marketing decision-makers. * You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of outcomes. * You're motivated by results and inspired by client success. * Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
