Responsibilities: * Create and implement effective marketing strategies for promoting and selling insurance contracts. * Assess the needs and preferences of businesses and individuals, and match them with appropriate insurance products. * Maintain industry knowledge and use it successfully in the field. Adhere to business policies and commitments. * Establish relations with potential clients by using networking, lead generation systems, referrals, and other avenues. Skills and Requirements: * Proficiency with computers * Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to attain aims. * Excellent communication. * Prior experience as an Insurance Sales Representative is beneficial, but not necessary, as we provide great training.
