Sales Representative (Full Sales Cycle) BZBee Cleaning Solutions is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the full sales process, from finding new prospects to closing deals. We need someone who is comfortable building relationships, has experience with sales, and is motivated by results. This role involves hands-on work throughout the sales process, where you'll be actively reaching out to potential clients, engaging in discussions about their needs, and guiding them to the right solutions. Responsibilities * Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities that fit our ideal client profile (offices, medical facilities, etc.) * Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits * Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and determine whether they're a good fit for BZBee's services * Sales Presentations: Conduct meetings with prospects to explain BZBee's services, address questions, and identify solutions to their problems * Negotiation & Closing: Work with prospects to negotiate pricing and finalize contracts * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals * Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM * Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics * Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and address any service-related questions Requirements * Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B or service-based sales * Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers * Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close deals effectively * Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * CRM Experience: Comfortable using CRM software to track leads, activities, and sales progress * Organized: Ability to stay on top of multiple leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively * Self-Motivated: A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and stay focused on achieving goals * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to team success * Professional Attitude: Strong business acumen with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times How to Apply To apply, submit your application through Indeed or at [please apply online] After applying, we encourage you to call us at 915-[please apply online] to let us know you've applied.
