M.D. Atkinson Company Inc., is NOW HIRING an Apartment Leasing Agent to join our TEAM. The ideal candidate should possess an energetic personality and enjoy interacting with the public. Location Kern County's newest apartment community, Terra Vista at Tejon, is located next to the Outlets at Tejon. The property has been thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of belonging, offer fun amenities, and embrace a deep connection to nature. Essential Function Job Description The Apartment Leasing Agent will be responsible for greeting and touring the property with prospective residents. Manage heavy phones, and assist Community Director as needed. Qualifications * A minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment * Leasing Agent experience preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel Schedule * Tuesday through Saturday Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
