Business Development Manager - Healthcare Sales Location: Dedham, Norfolk County, MA Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Contract | Temporary Pay: $40,000-$150,000 (Base + Commission, Uncapped) Havenova Home Care Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager to aggressively grow our client base by building referral partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and physicians. If you are a high-energy healthcare sales pro who thrives in the field, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: * Hospital, Rehab, SNF, and Physician Outreach: Visit, pitch, and secure new referral sources weekly. * Referral Generation: Build strong relationships with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians. * Sales Performance: Meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly referral goals. * Territory Management: Organize weekly field visits, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community events. * Reporting: Update CRM daily; track leads, opportunities, and account activity. * Pipeline Development: Always be prospecting -- cold calling, visiting, and networking across assigned territory. Qualifications: * Required: 1+ years sales experience visiting hospitals, SNFs, rehabs, and physician offices. * Required: Proven track record achieving healthcare sales quotas. * Excellent Communicator: Strong closing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. * Self-Starter: Able to work independently, hustle daily, and drive business without constant supervision. * CRM Proficient: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Transportation: Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally daily. * Preferred: Background in home care, home health, hospice, or staffing.
