About the Role: We're excited to invite a dynamic Leasing Associate to our growing team in Pittsburg, CA. This role is integral to supporting over 200 units, ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents while fostering a positive community atmosphere. What You 'll Do: * Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application, screening, and move-in processes * Market available units by maintaining leasing materials , updating online listings , and implementing local outreach strategies * Support resident retention by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, care, and urgency * Maintain accurate leasing and resident records in Yardi property management software * Collaborate with the property team to ensure units are rent-ready , clean, and up to community standards What We 're Looking For: * Minimum 2 years of leasing experience , preferably in multifamily housing * At least 1 year of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience * Experience supporting 200+ units * Familiarity with Yardi software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset * A proactive problem-solver who contributes to a vibrant and welcoming community If you're ready for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the property management industry, Aperto is the perfect fit for you.
