ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. * Check out what we offer: * Access to insurance available at 31 days of employment * Low-cost Medical Insurance options, starting at $5 per week * Dental and Vision Insurance options * Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account * 401(k) with company match * HSA and Flexible Spending Account * Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay * Company paid life insurance * Learn more by visiting [please apply online] * To sell Plumbing/HVAC Services by outbound telemarketing calls in required volumes to meet or exceed both the company and personal quotas and income requirements. * Order Handling and Processing * Turn in all contracts/orders promptly, properly signed and filled out completely and legibly Planning * Create a written daily, weekly and monthly activity plans * Maintain a database to follow up on any sales opportunities developed * Territory Marketing * Initiate outbound phone calls to defined prospects and/or inquiry customers * Create/Maintain target prospect lists * Provide telemarketing sales assistance to field personnel to support field sales efforts * Customer Service and Support * Initiate follow up phone calls to ensure that all services are being delivered as agreed and that the customer is completely satisfied * Periodically call on each customer ensure satisfaction and to obtain referrals * Report and/or handle all complaints * Provide phone/administrative assistance to Department Managers to ensure that all jobs are performed efficiently by field personnel. * General Sales and Management * Attend sales meetings * Understand and apply, where necessary, all bulletins and communications * Follow managements directives Experience in sales on the phone with professional phone etiquette. * Great at Closing. Able to handle high volume out bound calling. * Being able to work in a fast-paced environment; Driven, highly efficient and responsible. * Sales experience required.
