Grieco Mercedes Benz of Oxnard seeking BDC Representatives to join our dynamic and growing Service Team. Top candidates will need to be professional, possess a positive attitude, have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online. * Searching for potential services leads. * Booking appointments for the Sales Advisors. * Acting as a first point of contact for our Customers. * Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. * Working with the different departments. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Prior experience in a dealership or showroom setting. * Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills. * Professional personal appearance. * Must be willing to take on any other duties assigned. * Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic required. * Must have a willing to learn mentality.
