Located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, the Direct to Owner Sales position focuses on engaging with key decision-makers to establish relationships, finalize deals, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives. Responsibilities*: * Identify and prospect new property/business owners in the target market area through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events * Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our services, showcasing the benefits to potential owners * Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering continuous support * Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements * Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales * Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery * Other duties as assigned Qualifications*: * Motivated and results driven - required * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment - required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with owners - required * Excellent negotiation and closing skills - required * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - required * Ability to work in team environment when necessary - required * Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools - preferred * Previous experience in a service industry - preferred * Blueprint Knowledge - required * Experience in B2B sales - required * Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions - required What we offer: * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Bonuses for achieving sales targets * Competitive benefits package * Work-life balance * Career advancement opportunities * A great manager and/or team * A compelling work culture * A sense of purpose Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
