This position generates and educates prospective members regarding club facilities, programs, and pricing. Predominantly, a Fitness Advisor is responsible for: * New member sales and member retention * Creation and cultivation of prospects, both internally and externally for membership * Direct communication and relationship building with members and prospects Qualified applicants will have: * A persuasive sales mentality * Strong organizational and time-management skill * Professional inter-personal communication through phone calls, texting, and emailing While previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus, it is not required for the right candidate.
