This position will assist in the coordination of project management tasks as assigned based on the strategic direction of the Company in support of reaching Company goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Timely manage the day-to-day processes for distributor accounts. * Work with current and potential customers on overall operation excellence, including marketing recommendations and oven/warmer calibration. * Perform all thirty-day and ninety-day new account checkups. * Provide input on potential Limited Time Offers (LTOs) for the To-Go Program while successfully managing the entire LTO process. * Communicate all site submission decisions to the appropriate individuals. * Coordinate shipment for samples. * Assist in the preparation of tradeshows and attend tradeshows as needed. * Perform To-Go store check in the field and submit feedback. * Meet with the department head to review departmental needs. * POSITION QUALIFICATIONS * Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, or other related fields preferred. * Over two years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Restaurant Equipment knowledge a plus. * Travel required as needed. * THE PERKS FOR YOU: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Voluntary benefits such as Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Accident Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance * 401K with employer matching * Vacation Pay * EAP Program * Tuition Assistance * Employee Discount * Fun atmosphere and culture Become a part of the family!
