About Western Bike Company Nestled in the heart of Bellingham, Western Bike Company serves as a bridge between premium cycling component vendors and their end customers. Duties & Responsibilities * Assist our B2B clients by phone, webchat, e-mail, and in person. * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Process order requests, warranty and service requests. * Learn about our brand partners and make informed product recommendations * Assist with the physical side of our business when needed. Clean wheels, apply custom graphics and help with packaging. * Other duties as required Minimum Qualifications * Passionate & knowledgeable about cycling. * Able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and through various forms of digital communication * Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Self-directed and able to stay on task when working on your own * Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods * One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred All of our employees share our five Core Values: Pride - Take Ownership Grit - Persistence and strength of character Detail - Sweat the Small Stuff Have Fun - Through Work & Play Teamwork - Build Momentum Together This role requires an individual with high attention to detail, such as ordering entry and working as an intermediary between our sales and production teams for our B2B clientele.
