Expert guidance from start to finish JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate will be a sports minded person with discipline and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with working with head coaches of different sports teams and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. Red Zone Fundraising will provide the candidate with the best tool bag of products to assist their teams in maximizing their profits. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish and maintain relationships with coaches and moderators * Educate coaches and attend clinics to conduct product demonstrations * Generate potential leads for future sales * Set and exceed quotas * Track and report sales in organized manner * Communicate effectively with other members of team QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Sales experience recommended * Strong work ethic and communication skills * Coaching background preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software * Ability to travel in order to do business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Jackson, MS: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
