SALES REPRESENTATIVE - COMMERCIAL SECURITY SYSTEMS LEADER IN BISMARCK, ND NewVision SecurityNewVision Security is excited to announce a Sales Representative role in the Bismarck, ND market! Based in Bismarck, ND, we're seeking a driven individual to spearhead business development and represent our brand in this vibrant market.In this dynamic role, you'll manage the entire sales process--from prospecting and customer relations to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll sell cutting-edge security and fire solutions while working alongside a passionate, ambitious team that thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and excellence are key.Key Responsibilities Large Commercial Sales (Bid/Spec and End User) * Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up (referrals, phone calls, website inquiries). * Develop and pursue sales prospects through the entire sales process. * Meet with customers to understand project needs and requirements. * Provide accurate, timely quotes and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Create electronic records with all relevant documentation for technical installs. Inside Sales * Compile bills of materials and project quotes. * Read and interpret blueprints to design building layouts with product locations. * Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, or sales engineers to ensure accurate quotes. Business Development * Prospect and pursue local/regional companies in vertical markets (Financial, Healthcare, Governmental, Educational, Religious Institutions). * Drive new sales opportunities through proactive lead follow-up. Role Requirements * Driven, self-managing, goal-oriented, and hardworking. * Proven customer service experience with a service-minded, client-focused approach. * Excellent follow-through on customer needs. * Strong phone presence with experience making dozens of calls daily. * Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. * Experience with [please apply online] ConnectWise Sell, or similar CRM. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong listening and presentation abilities. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
