Job Overview Villa Bella an independent Senior Community is looking for a dedicated full- time Leasing Consultant to join our team. Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seniors, customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to prospective residents. *Responsibilities: * Assist prospective residents with the leasing process * Conduct tours of the community and showcase amenities * Manage leasing paperwork and ensure compliance * Maintain positive relationships with residents and family members * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries * Assist General Manager and the leasing team with administrative tasks * Requirements: * Previous experience in leasing or property management * Strong communication skills * Ability to work flexible hours for occasional events * Meticulous attention to detail * Patience and empathy toward senior residents * Strong computer skills * What We Offer: * Competitive wages * Supportive and friendly work environment * Opportunity to positively impact the senior community Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $45,760.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * No on call Ability to Relocate: * Clinton Township, MI 48038: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
