Join Our Growing Team at AGR Group! AGR Group is expanding its call center operations in Henderson and is actively seeking Full Time Energy Sales Agents to join our team. About Us: At AGR Group, we are a leading energy sales, marketing broker company dedicated to helping businesses optimize their energy costs. We are on the lookout for individuals who thrive in a phone-based environment and want to be part of a wining team! Job Responsibilities: * Outbound phone sales calls to current customer and/or new prospects * Working is small teams with specific goals and sales objectives * Utilizing a computer while closing sales over the phone * Quote energy rates for new services available to prospective customer * Ability to effectively close sales * Summarize the contact and explain what will happen next * Meet established productivity goals: sales, average handling time, records accuracy * Obtain, establish and access customer billing information * Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases Skills We're Looking For: * Strong reading and communication skills * Ability to effectively close sales * Basic computer and typing proficiency * Ability to multitask and attention to detail * Comfortable and confident phone communication Experience: This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.
