Automotive Sales Representative Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for automobiles. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Identify customer needs and help them select the right vehicle. * Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. * Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and finance options. * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends. * Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and dealership performance standards. * Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system. * Work closely with the sales manager, finance team, and service department to ensure a smooth sales process. Qualifications: * Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service role is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Additional training or education in sales or business is a plus.
