Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in retail energy solutions, including electricity and natural gas offerings. * Manage and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients, focusing on long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with internal teams to provide energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions that meet customer needs. * Oversee contract negotiations and ensure seamless execution of sales deals. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the energy or utilities industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of deregulated energy markets and an understanding of electricity and natural gas solutions. * A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
