As a Inbound Leasing Support Associate , you play an essential role in creating the first connection between future residents and the elevated lifestyle our communities offer. You are the warm, knowledgeable, and inviting presence that sets the tone--guiding prospective residents as they begin their journey toward finding a new home. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with a warm, professional tone while managing appointments across multiple communities. You'll help prospects identify the community that best fits their lifestyle by understanding their needs, sharing community knowledge, and scheduling tours--all while ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional quality of our communities. Key Responsibilities * Promptly respond to a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective residents across multiple communities. * Simultaneously manage appointment scheduling for various leasing consultants, keeping calendars accurate, up to date, and well-coordinated across several locations. * Listen actively to uncover each prospect's needs and preferences, then align them with the most suitable community, lifestyle, and floorplan. * Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering consistent, engaging information about community features, amenities, resident events, floor plans, availability, and overall living experience. * Prioritize tasks and manage a busy queue of inbound leads across multiple communication channels, ensuring timely responses without compromising quality. * Follow up with prospects to confirm tours, answer outstanding questions, and maintain momentum in the leasing process. * Maintain detailed and accurate lead records, notes, and scheduling updates in the CRM to support follow-up and performance tracking. * Collaborate with multiple onsite leasing teams to ensure seamless communication, proper appointment handoffs, and aligned priorities. * Monitor and report on lead activity, appointment conversions, and KPIs; support strategic adjustments as needed based on performance data. * Identify workflow efficiencies and contribute feedback for continuous improvement. * Conduct market surveys to stay informed on competitive offerings and industry trends. * Take on additional responsibilities or special projects as needed to support leasing goals and team success. What You Bring to the Team * 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment--ideally within leasing, property management, or customer engagement * Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointment calendars, communities, and communication streams at once * Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication * Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams * Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and confident in decision-making * Collaborative, team-oriented, and genuinely excited to help prospective residents take the next step toward home * Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred, proficient in Microsoft Office * Highly responsive to feedback, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a standout prospect experience * Physical capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects up to 20 pounds.
