Full description of the position
Director of Business Development for Healthcare Revenue Group Location: Overland Park, KS (In-Office, Full Time) Compensation: $100,000+ total compensation including bonus incentives ($60,000-$75,000 base salary) annually Benefits: Health/vision/dental insurance, 401K w/match, 3 weeks PTO * Healthcare Revenue Group* (HRG) is a growth-oriented, Kansas City-based revenue cycle management company specializing in medical claims billing, contracting and credentialing, and accounting services. Though we're a small company, we pack the expertise, scale and impact of a larger organization. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to medical practices, and we're looking for a passionate leader to drive our business growth. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to spearhead our outbound marketing efforts and client acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our content writer, online marketing director, and graphic designer to launch targeted email and mail campaigns. You will conduct discovery calls with prospective clients, guide them through the process of becoming valued partners, manage contracting, and assist with onboarding. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in aligning our department leadership with client needs and obtaining competitive rate quotes for prospects. Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development, with healthcare-related sales experience selling to physicians and/or medical practices REQUIRED. Candidate must be comfortable / proficient engaging with physician practice owners about practice business performance issues. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. * Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage client relationships effectively. * Strong negotiation skills and experience in contracting and onboarding processes. * Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM functionality, workflows, etc. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-company environment with the operational capacity of a large organization. Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
