Role Overview The Appointment Generator serves as the voice of Studio One, delivering an outstanding first impression that builds lasting connections with athletes, coaches, and families over the phone. This role focuses on scheduling appointments and making outbound sales calls to fuel the growth of our elite studio. You'll uphold our commitment to top-tier customer service while managing daily operational schedules with precision. Key Responsibilities * Secure client bookings to drive studio growth. * Maintain exceptional service standards and exude confidence. * Achieve daily and weekly sales goals. * Adhere to scripts while meeting performance benchmarks. Experience & Skills * 2 years of experience in a phone sales role is preferred * Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets. * Strong computer proficiency. * Polished and professional phone presence. * At least 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience required.
