About the Role: As a Sales Consultant , you'll meet with residential and commercial clients to provide personalized window covering solutions. You'll conduct in- home consultations, build strong client relationships, generate new leads, and drive revenue in the Chicago market. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate product recommendations and estimates. * Generate leads through networking, canvassing, and community engagement. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, realtors, and builders. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, client communication, and project status. * Represent the Bumble Bee Blinds brand professionally at all times. * Attend regular sales meetings, trainings, and webinars. * Communicate consistently with clients and internal teams to ensure project success. What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years of experience in outside sales, lead generation, or customer service. * High school diploma or GED. * Strong communication and listening skills with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience. * Clear and consistent communication with internal team members -- collaboration is key to our success. * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * High energy, positive attitude, and a self-motivated mindset. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits. Preferred: * Experience in window covering sales (not required).
