Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers and engage them in meaningful conversations about AT&T products and services. * Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively educate customers and make product recommendations. * Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate AT&T plans, devices, and accessories. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. * Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated with the latest gadgets and technology. * Positive attitude and a strong team player. * Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
