The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring for a Director of Sales to join our team in New York, NY. The Director of Sales will have an active selling role as well as being a mentor and coaching a team of sales associates in New York and Boston to drive bookings and increase profitability, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and building lasting relationships with customers to achieve the sales objectives of the business. The Director of Sales will exemplify sales tactics including strategic planning, marketing interface, outreach and initiatives in developing new business opportunities and increasing revenues. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $134,700 - $169,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
