Overview Comfort Dynamics is currently seeking Lead Appointment Generators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Appointment Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses by answering customer questions about our products and services and then encouraging them to schedule appointment for estimates of these services. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy engaging people in conversation and be driven by commission and incentives. Job Type: * Part Time * Thursday-Sunday, 9AM-4PM * Hiring for multiple locations - Horn Lake and Olive Branch What 's In It For Me? * Market Value Compensation ($16/hr+ and uncapped commission) * Continuous Training for your Professional Development * Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment Reponsibilities: * Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company's products and services * Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs. * Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs * Build rapport and relationships with the store leadership teams. * Attend required weekly, monthly meetings and trainings. * Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically Qualifications: * Prior experience working is retail is highly desired but not required * Required to be standing/walking for 4-8 hours at a time * Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated * A+ communication and customer service skills * Must have reliable transportation * Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text * No HVAC experience required Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30 per week Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Olive Branch, MS 38654 (Required) Work Location: In person
