Launch Point is now hiring Wireless Retail Sales Associates in Knoxville, TN to represent our top-tier wireless clients in a dynamic retail environment. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for technology, customer service, and sales--we want to hear from you! Position Overview: As a Wireless Sales Associate , you'll be the face of the brand within our partnered retail locations. This role is focused on acquiring new customers , explaining product features , and closing sales in a fast-paced, in-person environment. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, introduce them to the latest wireless products, and help them find solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. What You 'll Be Doing: * Engage retail customers with professionalism and enthusiasm * Promote wireless products, plans, and exclusive in-store offers * Identify customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions * Drive sales by explaining benefits, features, and ongoing promotions * Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to compliance standards * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Attend scheduled team meetings and training sessions Compensation & Benefits: * Weekly Pay : $650 to $950+ based on individual sales performance * Uncapped commission potential * Consistent schedule - no overnights or late-night shifts * Ongoing support and training * Advancement opportunities for high performers Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail sales , wireless sales , or customer service preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently * Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations * Must be able to work weekends and follow a retail schedule Why Launch Point?
