We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. * Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits: * Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $16.50-$18.50 per hour PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUSES (depending on performance) * Paid sick time * Free monthly services * Membership sales bonus * Flexible Hours * Discounts on all retail products * Clear career path to grow as a professional * Ongoing training * Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative* Qualifications: * 1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position) * Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred * Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace * Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills * Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service! * Ability to multitask with ease * Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts * Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system * Problem solver - use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk * Maintains professional demeanor under pressure * Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner * Provide excellent customer service throughout the client's visit * Perform retail sales of hair care products * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon * Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies * Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with efficiency * Utilize time management skills to ensure smooth salon operations Qualifications: * Strong organizational skills to manage salon tasks effectively * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus * Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling client inquiries and appointments * Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required * Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a grocery store or wireless sales is beneficial * Ability to sell products and services to enhance the client experience Benefits: * Competitive compensation plan with potential to make over $20 per hour depending on performance with comissions. * Paid sick time * Free monthly services * Membership sales bonus * Flexible Hours * Discounts on all retail products * Clear career path to grow as a professional * Ongoing training Legal Disclaimer: (C)2023 DB Franchise, LLC ("DBF").
