Director of Restaurant Sales We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead the charge in our luxury hotel in Houston! If you have a passion for creating exceptional events and a proven track record in the private dining, restaurant and the catering world, we want to connect with you. Director of Sales Role: As our Director of Sales in Houston, you'll be instrumental in building and growing our private dining and event business within the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing smart sales strategies to maximize event revenue. * Building strong relationships with potential clients, from corporations to event planners. * Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful event execution. * Crafting compelling proposals and presentations. * Working closely with our culinary and operations teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences. * Tracking sales performance and providing regular updates. * Managing bookings and contracts efficiently using relevant software. * Staying informed about the Houston event market and identifying new opportunities. * Maintaining our high standards for quality and guest satisfaction. Director of Sales Requirements: * 3-5+ years of successful event sales experience in a multi-million dollar, full-service restaurant. * Must-have: Strong working knowledge of Tripleseat and Delphi software. * Must-have: Experience in both hotel and restaurant environments. * Proven ability to handle multiple partnerships effectively within a hotel setting. * A genuine enthusiasm for food, music, and design. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Must-have: A collaborative and positive team player attitude.
