Job Summary: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing and showcasing apartments while maintaining a successful renewal program. This role requires a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and building strong relationships with residents. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct property presentations in-person and over the phone. * Follow up with prospective residents to encourage applications. * Verify rental applications, approve occupancy, and ensure all documentation is accurately entered into the system. * Inspect vacant units and conduct property inspections prior to move-in. * Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports. * Comply with all company policies and procedures. * Develop and post advertisements online to attract potential residents. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: * High school diploma; a two-to-four-year college degree is preferred. * Valid Kentucky driver's license and a dependable vehicle required for travel to various sites. * Strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proven decision-making skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks independently. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit for extended periods while using a keyboard and writing manually. * Occasional ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. * Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Dress Code: Business or business casual attire is required. Work Schedule: * Monday through Friday, with hours varying between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. (Fall/Winter) or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Spring/Summer). * Requires working Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM as needed.
