The Position: * In-home sales demonstration and presentation of our roofing, windows, and siding products. Must-Haves: * Positive energy, professional, enthusiasm, and a big picture attitude. * Persuasive, self disciplined, and honest. * Must be flexible to work weekends. * Prior experience encouraged but not necessary. * Go-getter attitude! Pay * 100k+ estimate first year earnings. * Bonus structure * Uncapped Commissions + High earning potential * Gas allowance * Access to company apparel (Nike, Underarmour, Columbia) * Free in-office fitness center gym * Quarterly company outings and events Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for remodeling and siding projects. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management. * Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Manage territory effectively, leveraging outside sales strategies to drive business development. * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and generate leads.
