As a ClearWay Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods, and scheduling appointments for free inspections and project estimates. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth for Clearway Exteriors. Key Responsibilities * Canvass targeted neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule free inspections. * Educate homeowners on the benefits of our roofing, siding, and gutter services. * Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs. * Schedule follow-up appointments with our sales and inspection team. * Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics. * Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas. * Maintain professionalism and represent Clearway Exteriors with integrity. Qualifications * Prior sales or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Positive attitude and professional appearance. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and organizational abilities. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
