Job Summary: The Customer Account Manager is a critical customer service position as part of the Project Management team that differentiates our customer service levels in the signage and branding industry. CAMs specialize in the front end of projects, having intimate knowledge of a customer's brand, accounting, or due diligence so that the ending project ultimately achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: * Strong Professional Communication Skills: both written and verbal. Highest levels of accommodation and customer service. * CAM must be able to compose a well-organized, professional email or phone communications. * Ability to balance adherence to brand and contract standards with providing unique solutions for ultimate success. * Outstanding organization skills coupled with urgency. * Ability to multi-task. * Gain intimate knowledge of customer(s) organization, operations, brand and contract standards, local code interpretation and ultimately recommending the best solution for the customer. * Issue, monitor and process purchase orders to subcontractors. Work in an ERP system to control finances. * Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecasts to reflect changes. * Participate in weekly customer update meetings. Generate reporting to monitor progress or identify issues. Job Specifications: * Education: Applicants should have a minimum 2-year degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, or a field related to customer service. * Experience: Preferred 1 years of similar experience in manufacturing or service environment. Demonstrated excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills. * Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Excel proficiency. Experience in EPICOR, Teams or Smartsheet desirable.
