Position Overview: As a Commission-Based Home Improvement Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with homeowners, and closing deals across our diverse range of services. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Implement creative strategies to generate leads, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending local events. * Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to understand their needs, assess their homes, and recommend solutions that align with their goals and budget. * Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections effectively. * Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to finalize agreements, overcome objections, and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and communication to ensure their needs are met throughout the sales and installation process. * Pipeline Management: Manage a dynamic sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using our CRM system to prioritize and follow up on prospects effectively. * Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to enhance your sales effectiveness and adapt to evolving customer needs. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, preferably in the home improvement or related industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and earn commission based on performance. * Technical knowledge or willingness to learn about landscaping, remodeling, HVAC, water softeners, roofing, and solar panels. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
