Responsibilities * Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools * Manage marketing plans & listing syndication * Manage virtual team members * Create or coordinate listing marketing materials * Review all listing marketing materials for quality control * Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies * Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors * Edit photos as needed * Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are a detail oriented operations based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people.
